Unhappy In major need of help!!!

hi guys, im back! and im in deep shit with regard to my training!

ok ive been out of training for a couple of months and boy is it evident! The main reason i've been out of training is due to the fact that i've recently got a new job in a different part of our country, so i had to relocate ..... that and its the first time im living on my own, it sucks - no more home cooked meals! anyway eva since ive been up here ive lost like 5KG ....and for those of you that know me, u know how hard it was from me to gain those 5kg's. Anyway now im living on my own, have a limited budget at least for 6 months....and ive just enrolled at Virgin Active. Fuck the guys there r HUGE...which is a bit of a put off considering the fact that i was once a fairly decent size....i feel a little depressed.

ok heres what i need from you guys! (if any of you can help and i know u can ...coz this is an awesome site: basically since ive been out of gym for a couple of months (8 or 9 months to be exact), i need to know how i must tackle getting back into it? This was my original strategy that i used for years....but it seems a little too intense to try now ...since its been quite a while: i used to go to the gym and for 1 week....really push myself so that the next week when i train again its not so back....coz ive already been sore and stuff! now when i tried that strategy i felt rather dehydrated (even though i was drinking lots of water), my mouth was really dry, and i felt dizzy! this is a first for me...i mean something similar happened but that wasnt as bad as this...

I also notice that most of the stuff im eating is mainly protein and as u know...without those valuable carbs....one can only reach a point of stagnation- as the protein will eventually be used (in a catabolic process) to fuel the workout! Please, i need advice on what i can eat to get my weight back up to what it was...i need bulk! all i see myself doing here is ripping...also yesterday i bought joe weiders ultra whey as a sup after my workouts! i need to know what i can prepare and keep in the fridge to eat perhaps at supper or for supper that would help me bulk up....also now that im at work now (my first job)....i find it difficult getting in those 5 meals daily...what can i take to work to eat...im a little new at this!

please guys if you can help....respond asap....and thanks for all the advice previously!

Cheers
Nick

Hi Nick, I would start off by doing high reps all exercises to get used to the movements again and get bit feel back in the muscles. Stick to the basic exercises . Food wise I would say eat few more carbs for energy as you will sore and finding the workout's harder than usual. With eating at work try either make some meals in morning that you can munch through or take some easy made meals like tuna. I don't know if your allowed the blender at work but I would just take mine down to use. Hope that helps a little :)

Cool Thanks BigKIWI! I dont know about the blender thing but i'll definitely follow ur other advice! How long do u suggest that i use the high rep routine for? Also keep in mind i have a very high metabloism so i generally loose weight very quickly!

Thanks for the advice ...will keep u posted!

Cheers
Nick
