Ok so far so good, looks like its full of a few smart people of which i hope to pick the knowledge on a few things from time to time.
So lets firer one at you all now. Not a tough one but have real issues with the biceps cant see the results, so does anyone have a good muscle burning workout that really does work and not out of those naff mags you see?? It will be good to start talking to you all soon.

i would say up the weights you use if you can---maybe try negatives with a spotter or some forced reps with a spotter---and you may not be doing enough reps period---just something to look at

Make sure your elbow is the hinge and not your shoulder. I see far too many people bringing the weight up with their shoulders rather then their biceps. Try the smith machine for some concentration curls, hammer curls(only bring the weight to the biceps do not bring the weight up to the shoulder), Rope curls, Alt DB curls with palms facing forward at all times(good finisher)

one i like is inclyne dumbell curls 3sets of 5 reps
barbell reverse curls 3 sets of 8 reps
one arm negative preacher curls 2sets 4 negative onley reps with the weight you would use for 2 arms

finished off with 3 pump sets 20 reps with 25 pounds/or barbell curl light weight for 100 reps i throw this on in once a month feels great
