Mass Building Cycle

Allright guy's,

I'm kinda new to this site and I'm lookin for some info on a mass building cycle. I have tried dianabol and deca in the past but I'm prone to water retention and even though my diet was strict I still seemed to just bloat and lost most definition.

I'm 170cm tall, 82kg and 12% body fat. My training is:-

Monday - Legs/Mod. Cardio
Tuesday - Off
Wednesday - Chest/Biceps/Mod.Cardio
Thursday - Off
Friday - Back/Triceps
Saturday - Cardio
Sunday - Shoulders/Traps

Well do you want to gain mass or gain some quality muscle
and be fairly lean? so many differant choices.. could you list your previous cycle or cycles and maybe we can help more? you said deca and d-boll bloat ya.. what kind of test was you runnin w/it?
also what kinda doses. Did you gain any size. looks like you weigh ROUND WHAT 165 170 LBS? sorry im not that great at the metric system lol. tell us more bro

I'm lookin to gain quality muscle and be fairly lean but I've found it really difficult in the past to gain any size but staying quite lean.

My first cycle was 7 x 2mg winny tabs eod. Not a big dose but it worked great coz at that time I wasn't going for size I was just lookin to get ripped which I did. Next cycle I tried the deca on it's own with a 2ml (50mg/ml) dose every 7 days but I started to notice bloating so I came off it. The last cycle was the d-bol tabs and I was takin about 6-8 eod (5mg tabs) I put about 14pounds on in three weeks. That was the last cycle I did as i've spent the last while trying to shift the bloatedness that I'd gained!!

I did gain size with the deca and d-bol but it wasn't obvious coz I was bloated. I know winny does promote much growth but because it made me ripped I felt like I was bigger coz I had much more definition.

Yeah, I'm around the 180lbs mark. The d-bol gave me my best gains in strength and I've managed to keep most of that so I'm keen to gain some extra quality muscle but also keen to get back the definition.

Any ideas bro?

Well Dboll you need to take atleast ed, even split the doses throughout the day. i think the 1/2 life is around 4 hrs. but it sounds like they worked anyhow. Deca or the winny probly didnt do much muscle building at those doses. Shouldnt be bloated
from that mild a dose? Not soundin rude but what is your bodyFat% sounds like maybe your just packin on a litl xtra BF.

Heres what i would try... get you some good test prop
and primobloan. ( i would say tren but lets keep it easy)
Primos are high$ but no more than your gonna run you should be able to afford them. Primo is also one of the only aas that produces permanent gains. also EAT YOUR protein an watch the simple carbs. Take an amp of primo EOD and an amp of prop
ED. Should cost ya around 60-100$ (per week) Should grow well an gain some good Quality muscle.

My body fat is around 14% which I know is slightly high so I've been tryin to drop it down a bit.

Much appreciated buddy, I'll give it a go and give you a shout with the results.
