I have used it and it is good, He is a great guy and will buy more when my 400 run out. His price can't be beat!

I have not tried them, they seem very cheap though. I guess my concern would be that he hand caps them which cannot be super accurate. But it is the cheapest for sure

The caps are all full, so I am sure that the dose is pretty damn close.
