the
b12 vitamin (dibencozide or cynocobalamin) increase the metabolism of
protein and also fats.
i've tried it last years during my bulking phase. 2 injections (subdermal) of 1mg per week.
it's not juice but can help to recover when training very hard with a high
protein intake.
you know that it works when you piss red (not dangerous at all, just the color of the vitamin).
keep it on for no more than 10 weeks.
