FRONT DELT INJURY...could DECA HELP heal me?

I was curious if I started my DECA/ENANTHATE/GREEN GIANTS early, would it help promote healing my inury. I thought I was better so I did a heavy set on bench...225 2 sets of 15 to warm, 315 3 sets of 8...feeling good so I...365 1 set 7, 405 1 set of 3 (stopped due to pain).

I was curious it hurts to move my arm in a bench press range of motion and a military press range of motion...STABBING PAIN initial then throbbing...

Let me know??

I am shooting the 400mgs of deca in my shoulders and the 500mgs of ENANTHATE in my thighs

Unfortunately the Deca will not promote healing, it possibly will make the pain less for the duration of your time on it, but nothing really promotes the regeneration of muscle after a tear better than rest... thats just my opinon...

It is just a good sprain...
I feel better today but not even close to 100%

I figure the increase in nutrient flow to the muscle caused by the deca and other stuff would help out considerably...along with proper protein intake

I would not lift heavy again for 8 weeks to give it time...no matter how I felt.

I would say starting the cycle is a matter of choice really mate, I don't think it will help or hinder much with the healing of the sprain.

Personally I would go ahead with the cycle, that's just me. I'd take it very easy with the affected muscles, like you are planning to.

Helps my joints only...

Hey bro...

In my experience with Deca... it really only provides subcutanneous edema (which is why your joints feel "lubricated" while on). I have never had it expidite the healing process. There was some sound advice given above in this thread... as much as it is supremely difficult to do... rest bro. You are advanced enough to know to listen to your body...

Consequently... I have never come across any substance that speeds up healing. When I was playing football it was all about heat then cold then heat... over and over. That did seem to help speed the process. Resting was the only way to REALLY get better though...

Good luck bro...

Yeah, I was trying to ease my mind by telling myself there is something out there that just might help. Rest is very key. In 15+ years, the longest i have ever taken off was 3 weeks. I should just take a month solid off and let me body rest and heal. Then comeback and hit it hard.

Thanks for the input it is just hard to get myself to do it.

I disagree gear will help speed up the process of healing as long as you are not straining the point of injury any further. Work round the injury stay on gear and heal alot faster. I have torn basically every muscle in my body to a dark bruised state the next week training it lightly and within 3 weeks usually 90% healed. Going off gear or not using will make the healing longer :)
