Half life of proviron and others

Does anyone know the half life of proviron, nolvadex, and ephedrine?? I couldn't find anything on these.

ephedrine HCL LASTS 4-6 hours depending on how much you take thats what the bottle i have says, and what you take it with asprin/ caffeine will make it last longer nov and prov i never looked into ,i assume atleast a day as its onley recamended to be taken once a day
