creatine, and whatever.
What is the maximum amount of PURE muscle growth possible in one week? and how many weeks is it possible to continue growing at this rate?
Im thinking 1 to 1.2 pounds per week.
This would be for the average person. I know measurements arent accurate. So please give a general answer. Im not looking for a scientific answer.
