well

I will tell you I was in the same boat with you on this one so I just quit the dbol and never will take them ever again! It is not worth it to me to lay on my back between sets so I feel better because of some drug! I can gain the strengtha nd size useing others things without the pain. To kepp using it to me would be the stupiest theing I have ever done so just quit. My two cents!
builtbig

hope you figure it out. Cal/mag pills help a little w/ heat back before lifting! but not to much!

you said you have lower back pain prior to using the d-bol? In that case its only going to compound your problem. I'd say go off it and try something else.

If you're going to use heat, try to use a moist heating pad. Moist heat is much more therapeutic than dry heat.

It's natural for a physician to consider kidney insult leading to LBP. And yes, liver damage as well. However, I wouldn't rule out a somatic dysfunction (structural) of some sort. It'd be great if you could get into a DO who specializes in Osteopathic Manipulative Therepy. He/she could rule out somatic dysfunction as a cause, but also may even be able to tell you WHERE the offending organ is, if that is the case (we call that viscero-somatic dysfunction).
