|--[\\\]>------- Especailly if you're still able to eat....i try and train even when i'm sick. Talk about being sick, i'm about 15 weeks into my cycle, making trememdous strength and size gains, and these last 2 weeks i've been sick, last week had the cold/flu, and this weekend, i got food poisoning...but i still trained...never came off the cycle either.
