chest injections

how many of you do them---i have been thinking about it lately---does it hurt more then other sites?

i wouldnt all injectables cause some sort of swelling it would show up like hell on your chest , and what if someone got and infection id hate to see an infected chest, just what i think bro

Like any virgin site it will hurt very much the first few times you do it. But I wouldn't do it again myself, Just too much pain for too long. There are so many other places to rotate to that are way more tolerable. But i always try it at least once to see what it's like.=)

I used to do them but then I got pec tear problems when knots were created, ripped my pecs so many times that stopped doing them.

Done them once, in the upper mid pec, got some good gains.

now i have---even after everyone said not to---didnt hurt at all--i was scared shitless at first but after the first one the next 3 were easy
