So... what can I take for some good lean mass gains. I already have a very seriuos diet and I donīt drink, maybe 1 beer or 2 one friday, but thats all, never more.
I train hard... hard. I eat hard and pure, and supplement always with some
whey, some vitamins and fish body oil for omega 3 and 6.
Been training hard for a year and a 1/2 now, with 22 pounds gainned, but I want more... and im stuck. 5'7 and 154lbs.
What do you guys recommend me ? (I obviously canīt go into gear yet) what can i supplement me with to continue growing...??!! (P.d. I know i have good genetics... but donīt know how to take andavantage of it):help: :help:
