how to increase hdl on juice

does anyone know how to increase your hdl colesterol levels when on juice? is there anything you can incorperate into your deit that would help. i am just a rookie trying to fill my head with knowledge. thanks.

Niacin is a good way to help. Be careful with the dosage though, it will cause facial flushing because it will dilate your capillaries, thus causing a slight drop in blood pressure. Buy it at any drugstore, GNC, etc..

i was fliping threw chanels today and caught the tail end of a study that said calcium caused a rise in hdl colesterol levels .this isnt set in stone as i have never heard that before ,but it might be worth looking into .im sure many things effect it .i think your best bet would be to go to a book store,ive sceen a ton of books on this subject

OH MY GOD!! First time I got niacin it was regular kind and I felt like I was on fire and was itchy ALL over.LOL Get non-flushing niacin.
