I just got a new mp3 player for the gym and need some good ideas if kick ass work out music! What do you guys listen to while working out? artist and song

I find that switching about half way through the workout from like rap to techno or metal (basically a different genre) keeps me motivated. Sometimes two much of one particular sound and it seems to lose it's affect

All these bands are on my MP3, many tracks. Just hit shuffle and you have a damn good hardcore mix of music.

RAINING BLOOD! slayer are the mad shit!! and sabbath for sure! all the bands you guys wrote down get me pumped in the mp3 player, but you guys forgot MUDVAYNE. i always listen to DIG whist doing squats. people must think im about to burst out and kill everyone, always fun though. :)
