creatine) for 2 yrs; 5'9'' 190lbs 32in waist, 18in arms, 45in chest, and 24in legs
What kind of cycle should i do to maximize my muscule mass. I don't want to blow up with water, I'm talking about lean mass gains. How many weeks should i stay on this cycle, also should it include alot of drugs because everyone i talk to aggres on the fact that your first cycle is your best cycle. The only problem is that i think im very susceptable to gyno cause i hace big nipples and don't have acces to anti-estrogens. would someone please give me some sound advice????
