Think of it this way: marijuana seeds are legal most everywhere, there are web sites set up tp purchase them, most of these countries are like Holland, Canada, etc. Since even pot is legal there, they have no worries. Well, in countries such as China, Holland, Russia, Czech Rep., Spain, Thailand, Greece, Mexico, etc., this stuff is also pretty much legal ('cept MX, but the corruption makes up for it) so they have web sites up offering there product. I have a very close friend who has a cousin with whom I argue with and bullshit with on a regular basis. He works for the U.S. Customs investigations. Anyway, he idolizes me etc, (because I am a fighter) and I asked him about seizures. Well, he even told me, for a guy that is for instance in China, there is nothing they can really do about it. It is legal there. I am sure if our govt. had a SUPER hard on for a guy in China, some strings could be pulled, but for the most part our govt. just has to deal with the current situation. ---- Not to mention that our govt. and China are not exactly "allies".
I trust them (the web sites) IF a mod or a buddy/vet like Priest here, gives the greenlight.
