Well, the first thing I would say is, wait a year (at least 6 months) and TRAIN &
amp; EAT. "he's 5' 8", 120 lbs" which says to me that:
1. He hasn't been working out very long if at all and is turning to gear right off the bat to get big without trying naturally to build a "shell".
2. He might have been working out for some time but not eating and/or training correctly.
3. All of the above.
This is not a flame bro... I am trying to give you sound advice. Tell your friend, even though he might not like it, to train naturally for a year (the correct way, meaning EAT EAT EAT).
If he still insists that he use gear, here is my suggestion:
1) 30 mg's dbol daily for 6 weeks
2) 500 mg's test (cyp,enanthate, sust, omna... etc) weekly 8-10 weeks
3) 400 mg's EQ (or deca) EQ preferred for less sides 10 weeks for EQ
4) Have anti estrogen aids like nolva and clomid on hand
5) Do as MUCH RESEARCH AS POSSIBLE about training, eating, and the gear mentioned above-
