? for accutane users

i recently just got a hold of some accutane and started using it last Tuesday...i wanted to use some because i always tend to break out while taking fina...i started by just taking one 40 mg tab/day...by Friday, my left delt where i had a little bit of break out starting, started clearing up...my problem is that i don't have any acne on my face and my face has really dried up...my face looks wind burned and is all peeling, so i've been putting lots of water based moisturizer on it to help, but everybody keeps asking me what i did to my face cause it looks so bad...my question is, does everybody that starts accutane go through this in the beginning? and does it go away after a little while of using it? also, i was told to back it off to 1 tab eod, but would it still be effective if i went 1 tab every three days?

yep thats how accutane works---you get a red face and peel then you clear up

yeah bro, just use a tab eod or so if your acne isn't too bad and isn't on your face. Increase your water intake to help with the dryness.
