???? EVEN WITH ALL THE CLEN , PRIMO, T3 , CARDIO HOW CAN YOU STAY COMPETITIVE 10,000 A DAY NO WAY

im MMI it said about 6000 calories and most of it coming from carbs and only about 200g of protein--so i assume that article was bullshit as usual

asked him this very question. He said around 5000cal/day and 450-500gr protein.
