just a tip, cottage cheese is an excellent bb food to eat before bed. it is composed largely of
casein with a small amount of
whey. Also, for a natural food it is extremely high in
glutamine. a half cup or so with a tblspoon of peanut butter before bed to slow the digestion even further will have you in an anti-catabolic state for a good part of the night. just my .02.
