just a tip, cottage cheese is an excellent bb food to eat before bed. it is composed largely of casein with a small amount of whey. Also, for a natural food it is extremely high in glutamine. a half cup or so with a tblspoon of peanut butter before bed to slow the digestion even further will have you in an anti-catabolic state for a good part of the night. just my .02.

Anyone ever try those "whole" chickens you can get already cooked at the grocery store? They're like $4-$5 and ready to go. Make a little side with it and you're good to go. The Slide family doesn't go a week without it...
