up 8 lbs--and how come my left ass cheek bleeds and my right doesnt---this hasnt happened in the past?

You are probably just passing through a vein when it bleeds and not when it doesn't. I am sure it is just coincidence that it happens on one side and not the other I wouldn't worry about it its harmless!!
