Sterilising Gear

I'm getting my hands on a 200ml, @ 75mg/ml, bladder of Test' Enanthate. Its a vetinary supply used here in Australia. What I was hoppin is some one might have a suggestion how to transfer it to a container and keep it sterile. I dont have time to wait for sterile vials from over the net. I was thinkin, and dont know if this will work, buying a bottle of saline fronm the chemist emptying it out placing the gear inside with a small layer of alcohol on top?

That is not really a good idea bro. The layer of alcohol on the top could be a VERY bad idea depending on what type of alcohol you use. Certain types of alcohol can be very poisonous and could very eassily kill you. Isopropyl Alcohol would be an example of one that is poisonous when put into the body.

Getting sterile vials and using a .45 sterile filter is your best bet to guarantee that your gear will be sterile and remain that way.

Anything that you use that has an open top on it or a top that you remove each time you need to draw gear is not safe to store your gear in. Everytime you expose the stuff to the open air you are taking the chance of contaminating your gear.

You mentioned that you dont have time to order vials over the net but a few days wait is a small price to pay for your own safety.

If you decide you have the time to wait you can order vials and sterile filters from us and the order will ship the next day after we receive payment.

This may have all seemed like a sales pitch but it is not. Whether you order from us or not please do yourself the favor and do this properly. A few days wait and a few extra bucks will save you from nasty infections and the possibility of surgury to remove infected tissue.

Why dont you have time to wait for sterile vials from over the net?
I dont think the test would go bad. Just order some vials and change it out.

open air does not 'contaminate' the contents in the vial. if that was the case then every time you draw up air in the syringe and push in the vial to equalize pressure the contents would get contaminated.

If the open air cant contaminate the gear then why do Pharmaceutical companies use a CO2 vacuum hood when they are bottling medicines that must be sterile??

interesting thought...never thought of it like that...but i'm with slick on this one, best bet is to get some vials bro
