hyper ext knee +Deca or ?

I had hyper extended my knee bout6 mths ago .
how much would be the min. Deca dose to keep the
joints wet.
Also can I achieve this kind of comfort with anything
else?
Its almost 100% but I want to be safe than sorry.
P.s. any work out hint would be savored with relish.

Take Glucosamine and Chondroiton for your joints

Also go to the pool after workouts to stretch and relax your leg

P.S. i heard that eating jello was good for your joints...i don't know though--it sounds weird to me

If you have a nagging injury, taking deca would just mask it. That is not a good thing. I wouldnt risk re-injury and possible further damage. I think its best to have a doctor look at it if possible before it becomes a chronic problem.
