I have to say, this board along with PM is one of the best around. Big A, you are a stand up guy and I just want to let you know that I appreciate everything you have done here and on RM. There are some boards out there that really can't appreciate what people do for them. This board (Mods and members) have a great attitude. Keep it up!!

But seriously, BigA has done a superb job in creating a great board for all lifters. The mod. team here is an all-star team and i'm honored to work beside each and everyone of them! Memebers are the ones who really make the board popular, so thank you to all the members

yeah thanx bro, iam realy glad ive found this board. Most other boards gave me shit because I was young ( with the exception of muscletalk). Ive recieved nothing but good information on this board. Thanx for all the help everyone
