Whats With The Sunglasses In The Gym

First let me state that this post is not ment to be discriminating, just an observation. 10 years ago I trained at a specific Golds gym in Florida. There were aways these 3 black guys, 2 sometimes trained together who would wear sunglasses while training. 10 years later Im back and so are the 3 men in black with sunglasses. Never see a white man do this. Are blacks more sensitive to light? Have you notice this? whats the reason?

people like to smoke weed befroe they lift so maybe their eyes are blood shot. lol

i think it got kicked off years back when a few pics came out in flex , where pros had them on while training .

by the way bro how you doing thought you were going under the knife for something?

Yes preist, read my post "you always wanted to know" had surgery on the 10th. You will know who I am when you see the little guy with the neck brace on the treadmill. That will be in 4-6 more weeks. No lifting for 16 weeks

man 16weeks that blows ,good layoff thoe when you start up again gear plus weights youl be back in no time .
im geting in more often now ill look for ya cant miss you now lol

There is this one wanna be pretty boy (white) teen in my gym who wears them on top of his head through his workout.
He must think it looks cool - NOT! :help:

sunglasses may help the focus and not get distracted by flasy colors or other people...or they are just trying to look cool?
