sprinting is sprinting and that is what makes you fast. Added strength helps, but technic and drills is what will do it. Try 10mg dbol after workouts only. Fina helps alittle but it slows your conditioning down for about 4 weeks. But if you keep running through it you'll be great! Try some low dose fast acting test. But once again, drills and plyometrics will work the best along with a low % BF
