sust 250 dosage help

can any one offer any opinions on whether 250 mg of sust every 4 days is enough for someone who hasnt used gear before.

1 amp eod then 1 amp e3d for your cycle--and just run the sust by itself

IMHO that article is completly WACK.

The info does not reflect the truth as to what happens to your test levels with sustanon.

WHAT? shit that article tells it the way it is...I have tried it and the results speack for them selfs.
