calcium supps

calcium supps

I was just curious if any one else here uses a calcium supp. The reason being that calcium plays such a key role in muscle contraction. if so, how much? I try to take 1g a day.

other than my diet i take 1200mg of liquid calcium as i dont feel tabs absorb verry well as i have put out a few that look the same as when they went in lol

thanks I dont realy eat that much dairy so I was just kinda curious what everyone else did thanks priest

one more thing when i would do curls or latpulldowns my wrists would hurt like hell after a week of takeing the extra calcium they stoped hurting and havent had any probs since im not totaly sure its because of the calcium but it was the onley thing i changed so im going to continue to use it
