SUSTENON HELP

Hey guys wondering if you could answer a few questions.

I am goin to be goin on a cycle of sust 250 only. wondering if anyone had any info about sust that i possibly havent come across yet. i have researched it thouroughly over the past few weeks and just wanted some feedback b4 i start.

My stats are 22 years old, 5'11, 155lbs, and sicks of not being able to put weight on.
already understand about diet. i eat all the time.

main q's are
1. best ways to inject
2. expected gains
3. will i have ant probs with stretch marks, if yes is there any ways to prep my bod for this to avoid it.

any info would be greatly appreciated

diet?

well you dint really answer any of my questions but as far as diet goes im not goin to list everythiung i eat item by item but overall i make sure i get the important stuff

eggs(6/day)
tuna(1-2 cans/day)
chicken
pasta
protein shakes(2/day one protein, one weight gainer)
oatmeal
beans
half a loaf a bread a day
loads o milk

with meals spaced out to about every 3-4 hours

this is not my entire diet b/c i dont have time to list everything but the above list in addition to as much of anything i can get my hands on would consist mostly of the diet. i really dont understand what u mean by "i love it when guys say this" in refrence to my comment about eating all the time b/c in a board like this you should prob. expect to hear that alot as it is prob. the most important part of any routine so actually you should hope to hear that instead of making it sound like it is a bad thing.

sorry if i got my back up..i am just lookin for some advise

sorry for my sarcasum brennen,like I said I guess I`m just feelin like a bitch today.I have a hard time with diet.I have been stuck between 210-220lbs for three yrs.when I started(30yrs old) I was 150lbm,trained naturally for 5 yrs and gained 35lbs of mass.
to answer your questions.

3.I don`t think so.
one of the reason for the sarcasum was I have been working out with a bunch of yong guys that THINK they eat alot.
like I said brennen sorry for the bad.I just hate to see guys jump in to early before reaching there natural potential.
If I were you I would make sure I was eating at least 4-5 good solid meals a day.before the protein shakes.

and in regard to the reply about not really reading

well i was inquiring about if there were better spot to inject in comparison to each other as i havent actually found any info on that specifically and if you can direct me where that info is that would help a lot more than the post you made.

secondly, as far as expected gains, i was asking for OPINIONS not a set number of pounds to expect. ya know from thoses of you who have expereince with it!

well for those of you who have something positive to post feel free as for the others just dont bother wating your time typing cause ya aint help me out

I made one sarcastic remark in my reply.I thought the rest was very constructive.and in case you missed the constructive part it was me telling you I weighed 150lbm and gained 35lbs of mass naturally.and that was at 30yrs old.the other constructive part was advice on the diet.oh,and just so you know brennen when you post a question on a board your going to get different opinions from different people.if you don`t want to hear them don`t ask.and if you really want sarcastic remark I`ll give you one.don`t start a thread out by saying you`ve thouroughly researched something and then ask three stupid questions that would have been answered ten times over if you had actually done the research.

1 the best place i like to use is bis and tris with a 25g pin it hurts at first but after a while you dont feel a thing

2 it really depends on you but if you do things right id say 15- 20p

3 i wouldnt worry about them you dont sound like you dont gain fast anyway

4 switch the tuna and chicken for red meat you dont need to worry about local food

just starting out id say use an amp of sust every 3rd day i like to use it eod or ed depending on what else i have but that would be to much for you every 3rd day will be fine

Listen to what preist said about doses with sust --- this is the reason I stay away from it........I simply do not like the esters involved....well I shouldn't say that because I really like the prop but at only 30mg per ml it kinda sucks. Here is a sure way to gain some mass: Ditch the sust and get some other test, preferrably cyp or enanthate, both have about the same ester release, and go about 500 - 600mgs per week of it. Stack this with some dbol 30 mg per day, and make sure you have anti-E's. Eat down your house, train like an animal and say GOODBYE 155!

hey bro iam not trying to flame you but are you sure you are ready for gear? How long have you been training? If you cant gain on your own the gear wont realy help that much. Try getting you diet and training perfect. If you dont gain any size then consider gear

run it like this--an amp eod the first 2 wks then e3d the rest of the time---make sure you have everything before you start--like your anti-e's and clomid--eat and eat again, sleep A LOT, and train like there is no tomorrow and you will be well on your way to your goals---sust is a good starter cycle--and dont think your stuff is bunk if you dont become he-man in the first day--it takes time to get in your system---just use a 23g 1 in needle in your ass--its your first time so scar tissue is non-existent--stretch marks is all in the person--i have them--hell everyone on this board probably has them--its your war scar wear it well
