your ahead of me bro.
22yrs old
5'10, 200lbs., 9% bf
haven't maxed out on bench in a long time, probably around 350lbs though. As for squat and hangcleans... haven't done 'em since highschool (herniated disks), but when I was 18 I squatted 405lbs. for reps, and pulled 315lbs. in the clean/jerk.

I have always been strong. I was 157 my senior year of high school and i benched 300lbs, squat 445, and deadlifted 505.
When I was 22, I was 188lbs and was lean like 4% bodyfat lean. After 25 I started to put on some mass. My super fast metabolism finally slowed down. My father was 6'5" 170lbs when he was 22. I was 6'0" 188, so I figured I would gain weight later. Now that I am 28, I am 235lbs and still gaining :)
