The standard dose is 0.8mcg/kg of bodyweight, so a 220 lb person would use about 100mcg/day.

Real IGF-1 is only made by GroPep. Either 1mg or 5mg vials. Also, there are bootlegged versions around.
You have to reconstitue it with a BP3 solution or saline solution, howver, depending on what you are mixing it with, the way you administer it is affected.
