Liver protecter

About a month ago I had my blood work done and my liver enzymes were in the high normal range. So I am looking for the best possible liver protecter around. What does everyone here use or recommend?? I was also wondering if growth will repair a damaged liver or bring your liver enzymes down??? Does anyone know this? I have never used growth before but I think I might start

ALA or any type of liver detox..ask around for the cheapest and most affordable one....i've seen a good one on elite but cant think of the name its daves or mikes liver detox...good shit i hear......

I never heard of GH bringing down liver counts.
