How do I get someone off my Ignore list?

I didnt put anyone on my Ignore list, but in a post, it says this person is on my Ignore list. I went to my Ignore list in my profile, and there is no one listed???? ?)
Anyone have a clue?
Could this person have put me on their Ignore list?
