my first cycle

This is my plan for my first cycle. iam looking for lbm on this on
400mg/wk EQ
100mgEOD Prop
50mg EOD winny.

Iam gonna run this starting next month for 12 weeks and then maybe try to get a cutting cycle in before I compete in april. What do you guys think

bro that is the foundation of a cutting cycle and a damn good one if you add fina


but that cycle looks good-simple and sound--tell us how it goes for you but it sound like you will start in nov. run to feb and then try to squeeze another cycle in--is that what im hearing?? i am exhausted from work so maybe i am missing something because something doesnt sound right in this post maybe the other guys will catch it

yup probely start late october go though late jan try to go off for about 2 weeks and come back on for a cutting cycle. I might do a little more research about and try to run a 6 week cycle for cutting. Dame thats gonna be tough. Ill keep you guys posted. Does any one have an advise???????????

yeah, doesn't sound too bad...i would maybe start with d-bol myself, then switch to winny on the oral...diet is going to be the key to adding lean mass as opposed to adding some fat too...should pack on some decent solid gains with it though...if you're not used to darting (being your 1st cycle) i don't know how you'll like taking prop for 12 weeks...you easily remember where you put your last prop shot...lol

thanx statix my goal is between 10-15 lbs of lean mass on that stack. I will be psoting my diet before I get everything going. Iam at 154 now at 9.2% I hope to come into competition between 150- 155 at 4$%. Do you think that would be competitve for a novice at 5'5- 5'6

if you follow that plan and then continue with your other "cuting"cycle you should come in bigger than that its your first cycle id expect atleast a 20pound gain if your eating right and it sounds like your going to eat clean so most of it will be muscle also a novice never has great calfs id start thinking of useing some site oil decent calfs will get some looks and Big-A tells just how to do it in the sticky up top keep us up on how your makeing out bro good luck!

and like statix said id switch the winny for d-bol save it for cuting

Thanx , I need to get my pics up . I realy dont have that bad of calfs one of those wierd genetic things. Then again my mum is 200 pounds never does a thing and has horshoe tris. I will start paying special attention to them though. I feel my major weakness will be my bicepts. I will be posting my training routine up for comments. Also during the first cycle how much cardio do you think I should do iam thinking about 3-4 days a week. In combo with a 4 day split

iam about 5'5- 5'6 Iamrealy concered with ti going up to much. It is such a bitch to cut for me. I use it mostly to set goals for myself
