Some questions?

Hey all,

I've been around the bodybuilding scene for about five years now. Recently one of my friends competed in a show and won his class. My gains recently have been good but not excellent. In the summer i leaned down to 173lbs. from 195lbs. Now i'm trying to bulk up for winter and i'm at 210lbs. and not any extra fat. for the winter i want to get up to 240 to 250 lbs. i want people at the BAR to stare at amazement. but i can't break the 210lbs. barrier. could anyone help with my problem. p.s. i'm not looking for any advice on training. wink, wink
