CAN ANYONE GIVE ANY GOOD EXAMPLES OF HOW TO SEARCH FOR veins IN BICEP/TRICEP.. RUBBERBAND

OK, Why are you looking for veins? Are you just wanting to make sure and not hit any when injecting? Can you give more info?

Isnt it easier to just aspirate, instead of looking for veins???

bump i usually flex for about 5 minutes to get my veins pumping in my arm...and I can see them quite well....then I inject around them!!!

yes and u should always aspirate but you could push threw a vein aspirate and there will be no blood your good to go on the injection but you still went threw the vein when you pull out there might be some bleeding under the skin wich if your site injecting bis wouldnt look verry good so i do both
