This is the best info I was ever given in regard to this subject.

Okay, first as Bison posted the best place to get topical spiro is at minoxidil.com. This site also sells xandrox, which is a combination of minoxidil and azeleic acid. I personally use both the day and nightime formulas everyday. Minoxidil/xandrox must be applied twice daily to get the best results. Using this combo will run you $35 a month. If that's too steep you can get cheap generic minoxidil from a variety of sources.
I use spiro every other night, I alternate it with folligen -- which is a copper peptide formula. Although recently I have started using it two-three nights with one for folligen. 5% spiro is $32 and should last you about 2 months.
Spiro (and possibly xandrox) requires a prescription to get. Up until recently you could fill out an online evalaution and the Dr. Lee (the site's owner and creator of the products) would write the prescription. They no longer do this, so you will have get your doctor to prescribe it, or at least diagnose hairloss. Most doctors will do this pretty easily.
I see that you already use nizoral, which has an additive effect. I use that around 4 times a week alternating with T-gel because the other products tend to dry my scalp out.
I previously used nioxin, and while it probably helps you're better off with the real stuff.
I listed prices because you should really decide what you want to spend and go from there. All of these products are long term commitments so you need to decide what you can contianually spend.
