Yup, I use it when off cycle most of the time, and definitely for post-cycle recovery as well as glutamine.

i've tried just about every form of it and have never gotten anything out of it...i even have recently tried using the kre-alkalyn form of it and i still didn't get anything from it other than getting nauseated

using 3 forms at the moment and seem to be getting good results, synthevol 2 EAS stuff with glutamine etc, kre-akylin , and sub lingual as well everything seems bigger fuller than ever been and holding stuff all water

I used to use it but do not anymore because it gives me a stomach ache. I did get good results with it though. My favorite was phosphagen HP.

I'll add to that DESPITE the tone of the last post.
I use when off cycle. 15g a day straight through. I start a week or 2 before I go off, continue about 2wks into next cycle. It definately works for me, but nothing earth shattering. /t\

i used to use for a long while, but the amount of gain i was getting from it was hardly worth the amount i paid for it!! i got powdered monohydrate. was on about 10g+ as maintenance but a fair bit more for loading. personally i reckon the best would be the serum that actually gets to where u need it.

I bought a seven pound container of cell-tech creatine and did 20- 30g per day. I gained 7 solid pounds from it and and did not loose a pound after the cycle. I only did it for 5 weeks though. I can't imagine the pumps in the gym if I cycled the creatine with test and eq.

Oh ya, I use creatine most of the time at about 10 g's a day. It is one of the only things to give me a good pump during a workout?)

I started using it a month ago. Honestly, I cannot tell if it does anything or not. I scoured the web looking for info. There are just as many pros as cons IMHO. Dave Draper uses it and I respect him a great deal. I don't think that he has a vested interest in it, so I am trying it. I must admit that my recovery times and DOMS are down to a minimum. Bottom line is - I am not sure, but I am trying it out anyway.
Anyone have any luck with L- glutamine? Have you seen any noticeable results? Apparently it is supposed to slow or stop catabolism. It is a bit pricey like creatine and I hate to shell out the $$$ and get little to no results (similar to creatine...)
