I know the CARB rule of thumb. 10 grams of simple carbs per IU of slin. I am going to do 10 IUs so I need 100 grams of simple carbs. Here is my question. After my workout I ususlly drink a Twin Labs Ultra Fuel. The lable says 100 grams of CARBS. My first thought is that this is a perfect match. Further down on the lable it says Sugars 35 grams. It also says it has a ratio of simple and complex carbs. The drink contains Fructose, Dextrose and
maltodextrin. So how many SIMPLE CARBS are in this drink? Are there 35 as indicated under sugars? What if the drink only lists carbs and not total sugars? How would you know how many simple? Make it easy for me, Exp. SLIN users what do you drink?
