flat on AM of contest

If one wakes up AM of pre-judgeing FLAT, what is the
best method to correct. Assuming you follow Wylde's
guideline for controling water and carbing up, would it
be best to first take in some extra water,if the Carb
Force drink and simple carbs early AM doesn't do the
trick. If the extra water doesn't help, then do you take
in sodium? I feel that flatness is an electrolite imbalance,
but am curious if there is a specific protocol to follow
to fill out. THANKS:help: :help:

thanks for the reply dpsquat. Now that I look back, I
think I messed up a bit on sodium manipulation About
2 weeks out, I changed to a different salsa that had less
sodium and changed to a lower sodium catsup etc.
Sodium avg. for 2weeks prior was about 1300 mg.
Then 2 days before show I cut down to 400mg. I
think i should not have cut back at all until 2 days
out.

You have any pics of your USA and jr. national comps? Im interested in your carbing up(4 days out from the show). Im thinking about trying some ALA with my carbing up. It gives me hella pumps... just something to play with. Also thought about trying the high fat loading... like Peanut butter.
