Dieting on Short Attention Span!!!

Ok, some of you might know that I have severe ADD which makes it hard for me to concentrate on shit too long. Shit, of course that I am not interested in.hehehe I have been dieting for last 3 months now and down over 50lbs and then I had a moment of clarity the other day. Since dieting is sooo tough and for me when I start to lose weight I get off track and start eating more and more. Well I decided to cut my cutting season down by a month and only doing 3 more weeks of INTENSE DIETING!! For me I can be 100% better at dieting for short periods than longer ones and I don't do anything HALFWAY!!LOL So I have eliminated cheat days and just doing 50-100grams carbs, 600grams protein and 100grams of fat for 4 days then 1 day of carbing up. I am around 5% and like 262 today so I am hoping w/ the EXTREME diet and EXTREME fat burners(HEHHE) I will be in the 3% range at round 255 then I am getting soooo fat it ain't gonna be funny.hehehe Just kidding guys I still will be reasonable in offseason and gonna start(FIRST TIME IN OFFSEASON) doing cardio in morn everyday. I am sure I will see some of you at upcoming shows and will be in New Orleans in Nov.

unreal ry roid,them are some impressive stats.wish you would post a few pics when you get done dieting.I stopped my summer diet last wk.I said to myself I wasn`t goin to fat this winter but if the last wk is any indication.I`ve been eating everything but the kitchen sink.oh well,I`ll worry about it come january.

RY is a good friend and I like him alot but I sure as hell don't wanna see pics of him in a banana sling. LOL. Soon he will be fat like me!

That is true. Just shaving myself is a 2 week procedure and my poor girl has carpul tunnel from it.hehehe

Good to hear that you've figured out some solution to your short attention problems. Always adapt bro! That's the key to it all, including evolution. That is if you believe in that kind of thing. lol.
