Topgunz, I'm originally from just north of Columbia and also train at the Gold's downtown when I'm back visiting. Nice place to train, met a lot of good lifters there over the years. I'd love to hook up next time I'm back if you're interested. Haven't been there in quite a while. But I also had rotator suregery so have been out for a while.

I interviewed for a job there last week and the owner is going to give me a call tomorrow so hopefully i will get the job. I like the small club over on nifong too. I just hate the walking down the stairs at the downtown club after doing legs. But anyway rj420 I have been doing good bro, whats up.

Not so sure about the owner and his little (fat) boytoy for a manager. He is a dickhead to the employees. Try and stay clear of him. You can't miss him. He's a fat boy who looks as though he has never touched a weight in his life. If you look closely though I think his kneecaps are worn from being on his knees for the owner. ROTFLMAO

Very familiar with Gold's in Columbia. Natass is right, the owner and manager are punkass bitches.
Have since moved to STL.
