aaahhhh,I love this time of year.for the next four months I will be putting the food down,dropping the reps,increasing rest periods between sets,saying fuck the six pack and the cardio.I do not compete,I`ve been liftin 9.5 years.started when I was 30.and for the last 2 years I`ve been bulkin from sept to jan.then I rip for 12-20wks ,however long it takes.I usually get down around 205-210lbs,8-9%bf and hold that for the summer.last year I gained to much fat,20lbs.gained about 4-5lbs keepable muscle which I was happy with.may be adding hgh this winter so maybe I`ll gain a little more.isn`t it odd,I can remember when all I could think about was being 200lbs and lean.now all I can think about is 225lbs and lean.I like doing the bulking thing I seem to gain more muscle.
what do you guys do?stay the same all year making slow consistant gains,bulk once,twice,three times a year?
