my cutting upper body routine

I keep my workouts short and intense. I wait 1 min between sets. How does this look to every one? what needs to be done to improve it?

you do all this in one workout? If so you are doing way to many exercises/sets.

its all 1 workout, I think iam overtraining. What should I cut out.

Yeah bro you're overtraining, try going one day on one day off. For example I do Back and bis, rest, then chest and tris, rest, then legs, rest, then shoulders and traps. I've found that this routine works well for me, but you have to find what works for you. Good luck bro.

thanks, if you dont mind me asking how intense do you keep your training? Do you keep rest between sets low or high. Do you push your self to complete failure?

I give myself anywhere from 1.5 min to 3 min depending on the exercise/part trained. Yes, after thouroughly warmed up I go to failure and beyond for some exercises. Try what was said above, 1 day on/1 off. I alternate my cardio and weight training days this way. By doing this I can adjust my diet and make the most out my training. I actually just wrote an article on this over at mesomorph.net under the Mesomorph News Section. It is in the Gear 2002 Newsletter.
