My bro just got his door kicked in due to another guy who got caught gave names and my bro is on probation so they didnt need a warent to search. My bro had nothing there except GH 1 open kit and another in the cabnet, insulin and kyno, also some clomid tabs. They looked at it and left it all there! He got it out the house its been a week they havent come back and no charges against him the police even apologized!

Trust me I get the "they are just doing thier jobs" shit all the time but, most of the time they have power trips and will fuck you over. Not saying all are like that but, don't think for a minute that cause 60% of cops juice that they will lend a helping hand to you. I know a ton of cops that fucking do a lot of rec drugs but, they don't help drug dealers out either. It is sad we are classified as the same but, the truth.

Exactly they werent being nice guys. Anytime they try to talk to you like they are your friend they are having a hard time trying to find something on you. So the more you speak to the phucks the more things they try to book you on. Most are fat and overweight and use their badge and gun as an excuse to put you away longer if they phuck with you and you wind up beating their azz. They even carry guns into bars while drinking and yes drive away from the club just as drunk as all the other people their beleive I know a few. MM*/

new to this site, but have seen this before. Most cops will ignore the gear stash since it not understood by public.

Probation officer has the right to search your home without warrning at anytime so if you are on probation police do not need a warrent if they can get your probation officer to take them in!

I am sorry to tell you guys that there are several ways that police can enter a residence without a warrant. In fact, the number one way that police conduct any kind of search is under the consent exception. Most people don't know or are afraid the tell a cop where to go when he asks for permission to search, and let them come right in and look around. The probation exception has been very narrowly construed by the courts and certain procedures must be followed for a probation search to be legal.
Whenever you find yourselves in a questionable situation where a cop is asking to search your person or residence, ask to see the warrant and if they don't have one, tell them that you want to talk to your lawyer before you agree to any search. Just my two cents on this issue.
