when to start

when to start

hey iam 19.5 now iam i have been training for 4.5 years. Is it to soon to start the gear? Should I hold off until 21-22. Iam currently 5'6 8.9% body fat. does any one have any ideas for a first cycle. I want to go for a lbm stack.

there is a lot of debate always for when the best time to start is...everyone would agree that you should at least have solid foundation to work from and have been training hard for at least a few years...so, you've at least been training for a while from what you told us... i, like many would tell you to wait a few more years since you are still young and your natural testosterone levels should be through the roof and you shouldn't mess with them by taking steroids at this point and time...but many of us ourselves actually started pretty young, so if you plan on using them you've probably already made up your mind on when you're gonna do them...so, all i can tell you to do is to make sure you educate yourself on them and do them right...you can learn a lot from hanging around this board, so if you're going to wait you can still stick around and learn a lot

thanks I have been doing alot of research so when iam ready for the gear; I wont make any stupid decisions. I want to get my diet and training dead on before I try any thing. How long should I wait until trying anything?

BRO YOU KNOW YOUR BODY......IF YOU ARE DEAD SET ON STARTING A CYCLE I WOULD GO PRETTY LIGHT SOME PEOPLE CLAIM YOU DONT STOP GROWING UP INTO YOUR EARLY 20'S SO IT MAINLY COMES DOWN TO YOUR DECESION SO READ UP AND ASK QUESTIONS GOOD LUCK

crackerjack, it sounds like you'll make the right decision by yourself on when it's best for you to start...it's good to hear that you are making sure your diet and training are down before starting...eating, eating, and more eating are so important for your training, even when not taking steroids

True it is your decision, and I would go extremely light! You'll grow like a weed from the first time and at your age it will be nuts. Becareful and go light!

thanks for the advice every one. I think I will start in a few months on my 20th bday. I think I will do the standard dbol deca stack wth clomid post cycle.

What bodyweight are you at? If you are still growing consistently naturally then don't juice yet; however, if you've hit a plateau, a nice light cycle may be just what you need. I never recommend cycling to anyone under 21yrs. of age, but you seem to have a good amount of gym experience... of course that does not mean it is all proper experience. Post your training/diet protocols, lets get everything planned and in order. Glad to see a newbie to the game doing things right for once.lol

What standard dbol/deca stack? USE TESTOSTERONE FIRST AND FOREMOST!

Always include testosterone bro, and use a lot compared to your other drugs. Use between 700-1000mg of test per week plus an oral, and don't add a 2nd injectable (like deca or tren) until you're 2nd or 3rd cycle.

Thanks for the advice every one. I will get my diet and routines up as soon as possible. Iam also in progress of building a web page with every thing on it along with weakly food logs pictures and training splits. When I finish moving ill get it up. Iam by no means in a hurry to start the gear. I want to get everything else perfect before I start. I have seen way to many friends of mine start at my age not knowing what they are doing and getting little gains and huge side effect. A bunch of my buddies favorite thing is using just test. Its funny because they usuely get horrible gyno and lose all of their gains.

Bro, you are already a step ahead of many your age... actually many steps. Do as you say and plan everything out and success awaits you at the end. Fail to Plan=Planning to Fail, oh so true with the juice game.
