I went to see a surgeon about it and he gave me the low down. I first noticed it b/c by belly button sticks out like some of the pro's, but I never took GH so I doubt it was the cause. He said I could have gotten it a number of ways, most likely training. It's weak spot in the body to begin with so it's prone to hernia's. If you don't get it taken care of there are alot of things that can happen, nausea, back pain, infections, discharge, etc. Although it's not that painful, it still should be fixed. It's best to be proactive and fix it when you can, then wait for something worse to occur.
