3rd week of my cycle

was off for 14 weeks, stayed at 5'8" 222lbs, lost about 8 lbs during those 14 weeks, but mostly water, but kept the strength. started 2.5 weeks ago...1cc of omnagen 250, 1cc ICN 250, 1cc of Nor Deca 200 per week..gained 6lbs in the first week! have gained 8lb so far up to 230lbs, plan on doing this for 12 weeks and should remain at about 228 when I get off for another 14 weeks or so..going off and gettin on seems to work for me. /t\

thats what most of us do bro. Time on=time off. I'd bump up the deca dosage to 400mg/week. 200mg just isn't going to give you anything.

I lost about 15 pounds of muscle since being off my last cycle. But then again I was "trying to lose body-fat" and just did it too quickly.

Had my BB'er gal take pictures yesterday. Flash acted up for some of the shots +) I get 'em back on a CD, probably next Tuesday.

i am on my 3rd week also, 100mg suspension, 50 winny,50eq, every day, 4 ius hgh monday - fri. weekends off.

i have gained 7 lbs. so far, but damn i feel great!!!!! i was off for 4 months, i missed this feeling.
