My post cycle blood test results!
Got some blood work done 2 weeks after last inject.. did a 10 week, Deca 300 mgs/week, Sust 500 mgs/week cycle...
Everything is normal excpet for my liver stuff...
My AST (asperate amino transferase) is at 64 (normal is 10-40)
My ALT (alanine amino transferase) is at 123 (normal 5-68)
And my blod pressure is at 94...I think the normal for that is around 80.
So Im supposed to start clomid and nolva tomorrow as my post cycle thearapy... but both are bad for the liver and increase AST and ALT levels.... my doctor told me to stay away from them... but I dont wanna lose all my gains... Im searching the internet for more info.... I know my AST is fine, a little high but no big deal... but Im worried about my ALT results, I want to know how bad 123 is.... apperantly these results "bounce around" meaning they are pretty different every time you take a test...
anyways, Im doing another blood test in 2 weeks...
What do you guys think, take the CLOMID and NOLVA... or cancell it??

This is the first time ive heard that clomid/nolvadex are bad. Any input?

You dont have to worry about damaging your liver is you take Clomid and/or Nolva... but if your liver is ALREADY damaged, it can cause further damage which you dont want...

take them, and start taking some ALA and milk thistle. You'll be fine in a couple more weeks. Definitely don't want to lose those gains.

Isnt deca suppossd to easy on the liver?? sus250 at that level should be okay too...did u consume alcohol during the cycle?? Nolvadex and clomid are not 17aa and non toxic!

Neither of the drugs you used are toxic to the liver. There is a different reason why your values were like that. Alcohol, other drugs, even Panadol, also high protein diet increases liver values.

I believe the nolva is a precautionary measure for estrogen-related effects from rebound, from having low test levels (don't know if I made any sense/sounded correctly).
Arimidex would be a MUCH BETTER choice for this and is what I use post cycle.

hey man my alt level was that high about a year ago, i went on milk thistle about 1000 a day in within two months it was down and i havent had any more problems from it. is this the first time you have had a test im. following a cycle? i would say that those #'s r always high right after, so pro. no big deal

clomid is the post cycle anti-e with the added benefit of getting your nuts back online...why take a second anti-e???....Arimidex,as an aromatase inhibitor is better used DURING a cycle to prevent estrogen conversion thruout the cycle.

There are just as many bros that get gyno on the rebound after a cycle than on. NOBODY uses clomid to prevent gyno!
I was just stating that anstrozole works much better at preventing gyno than Nolva for post-cycle use. /;

o.k., you lost me ..."nobody uses clomid to prevent gyno",yet the nolva is "a precautionary measure for estrogen-related effects..."..they're both estrogen blockers... so what am i missing here?

Your Dr has a biased opinion against steroids and anything associated with them. I dont take what ANY Dr. says on the subject of anabolics or associated "supplements" seriously
