reverse grip bench presses...
man...
i love this lift!
added em instead of close grips, because i do tris a few day after chest and my front delts and chest are too sore and worn out to do close grips...
well, reverse grips are def the answer! took a medium to medium close grip and ...could almost do the same wt as i normally do on close grips...but no stress on the chest or the delts...just the tris!
